Loaded Energy Slices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup large flaked oats
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • Juice of half an organic lemon
  • rind of half an organic lemon
  • 1/2 cup Dried coconut slices
  • 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Sprouted flax powder
  • 1/4 cup Hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup Almonds
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup Golden berry
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin seed kernals
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup Kamut puffs

Instructions

  1. Directions:

    Combine first twelve ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender. Transfer to a bowl and add final 3 ingredients. Press into a loaf pan and refrigerate for a few hours. Cut into whatever size slices you want. Enjoy whenever you need a bit of an energy boost.
